Reproductive Management in Action

On March the 19th the second reprodAction Cattle Symposium was held in Nice (France). 300 attendees from 30 countries gathered together to be updated in the latest research in cattle reproduction management. 6 worldwide experts shared their specialised knowledge in cattle reproduction

The topics selected focused in areas that are of high interest for practitioners in their daily practice.

 Impact of heat stress in dairy cattle (Dr. Michelle Rhoads, US), the link between nutrition and reproduction (Dr. Alex Bach, ES), Q fever impact in reproductive parameters (Dr. Raphael Guatteo, FR), the use of genomics in cattle (Dr. Claire Ponsart, FR), heifers management (Dr. Alex Bach, ES), synchronisation management in dairy and beef herds (Dr. Stephen Butler, IE) and the role of progesterone in cattle reproduction (Dr. Alessio Valenza, IT, Ceva Technical Manager) where the topics discussed during the Symposium.
