Ceva India organised the 3rd India Poultry Innovation Summit in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand during 23-24 May 2022.

The Key Opinion Leaders from all over India participated in this event and we also welcomed few key opinion leaders from Bangladesh. The focus of the event was innovation in Poultry by sharing knowledge and experiences among customers, industry companies and Ceva team.

The event started with welcome remarks by Dr. Anant Wadkar and an overview on "C" the future.  Dr. Sjaak de Wit, Immunologist and Poultry Veterinarian at GD Deventer presented updates about Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD) & Infectious Bronchitis Diseases (IBV) in poultry.

Through a dialogues based session, Dr. Christophe Cazaban & Dr. Marcelo Paniago convinced the audience as to how hatchery vaccination can help to control IBD, ND & IB effectively. In an endemic country like India, Vectormune ND reduces field virus circulation, provides a consistent immunization regardless MDA levels and simplifies the vaccination programs. The session also covered Efficient Control of Infectious Bronchitis with Cevac IBird. Dr. Chalermchai Skulphuek introduced the topic of C.H.I.C.K. program for 100% well vaccinated birds & hatchery automation. Besides the superior benefit of this innovative vaccine, a key success factor is the efficient application at day-old in the hatchery

During the 2-day summit, the attendees also had the opportunity to exchange with experts from several companies about innovative practices in current poultry operation.
